Relax on Virgin Gorda's Stunning Beaches
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and must be received by us within 14 days days of making the reservation. The full balance would be due 60 days prior to arrival. AMEX, MasterCard and Visa accepted. A 4% service charge is levied for balances being paid by credit card. May we suggest alternate payment by International Money Order / Certified Cheque be sent to us via Priority Mail: Virgin Gorda Villa Rentals, PO Box 8309, PMB #5067, Cruz Bay, St. John, USVI 00831 as mail service to the BVI can take up to one month.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations occurring:
61 days or more prior or date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee
45-60 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee
45 days or less prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee.
Additional Notes Regarding Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing. In the event of your cancellation, and if we we are able to re-book your EXACT rental dates, a cancellation fee of 20% is still charged. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures. Alternately, some owners would be happy to credit you for a future booking taken within one year. Our ability to rebook cancelled dates will be influenced by the amount of notice we receive, the time of year and the demand from other vacationers. You may wish to obtain trip cancellation insurance, available through your travel professional.
Damage Deposit
A credit card imprint is required at check-in as Damage Deposit.

Cleaning / Laundry
Your accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and again following your departure. On each day during your stay, except Sundays and BVI Public Holidays, one of our maids will arrive to provide you limited cleaning. The bed sheets are changed 2-3 times per week, and the towels are usually changed daily. To help conserve water and protect the environment from detergent pollution, we ask guests to reuse towels a second day whenever possible.
There are no personal laundry facilities available in any of the villas. Public laundromats are located at Leverick Bay Resort and Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour. There are also drop-off laundry services on island.
Additional Charges: Baby cribs - $10 / night. (Babies in cribs are not counted in the person rates for villas). Additional persons/children sleeping in villa on cot - $50 / night.
